1. Preconstruction Coordination Conference

This is one of the most important aspects of the project. We meet with stakeholders to discuss expectations of the job, determine point of contacts, develop a responsibility tree for each sector of the project, coordinate upfront activities to ensure smooth commencement, and coordinate with student and community groups involved. This phase is critical as it sets the foundation for the project.
