			2. Critical Path Schedule Management It is very important that the correct sequence and schedule be developed for any construction project. At GCMS, we assist the general contractor in developing a realistic and achievable schedule that will yield a successful project. We do this by thoroughly reviewing all critical path activities and meeting with key subcontractors to ensure proper sequence, material procurement and labor availability. It is our job to ensure that all issues are proactively brought to the table so that we get early resolution to issues that will affect the completion date. We have successfully completed several high-profile projects under tight schedule constraints so this gives us a keen eye at reviewing and developing comprehensive construction schedules. We will review the schedule with the general contractor on a bi-monthly basis and rectify any and all delays through a recovery schedule.
