Timothy N. Grayman
Owner/President

Experience:

With a professional background that includes educational training in construction management and more than 15 years of successful management experience on complex educational, big box retail stores, lifestyle shopping centers and hospitals. Timothy Grayman is a proven effective leader, uniquely qualified to manage the construction of important facility.

As President of Grayman Construction Management Service, Timothy is responsible for all functions from development and bidding through completion. Timothy spends a great deal of his time on job sites, at job meeting and is personally involved in project details. Timothy's management skills include knowledge of structural electrical and mechanical construction disciplines combined with effective leadership and communication skills (fluency in both Spanish and English languages). Timothy has the demonstrated ability to build and lead winning teams, and to deliver complex construction projects on-time and within specified budgets.

Timothy is a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida, 30 Hour OSHA safety certified
